The Preserve at Deep Creek is located off of St. Annes Church Rd in Middletown, Delaware.  It is a planned community that consists of:

• 172 Townhomes
• 279 Single Family, Luxury Two-Story Homes
• 205 Single Family Age-Restricted (55+) Homes
• 2 Clubhouses and Pools
• Other amenities such as playground, basketball court, and fire pits.

Year End Construction Update

 Summary of 2022 activity:

• 118 units were constructed, sold, and closed through December
• 86 units remain to be completed as of January 1, 2023
• 23 Legacy homes
• 63 Single Family - Non Legacy Homes
• Town Homes are finished

Early in the year nearly 20 homes were being closed each month.  Things have slowed significantly since them, with the current average being about eight homes per month.

According to Ryan Homes, only 3 Legacy lots remain, so Legacy should be completed by summer of 2023.

The Single Family non-Legacy portion of the community will likely continue construction through 2023.  All of the remaining construction lies north of Cadman.
